What should I do if the indicator light is not flashing properly?
- Normal indicator light: Blue light flashes once every minute, press the Emergency button and the red light will stay on
- Machine malfunction: Blue light flashes twice every minute, "No SD Card" then the red light flashes once every minute
- If the machine is malfunctioning, restart it. If it still does not work, notify the maintenance center.
What should I do if my device cannot be powered on?
- Check if the power cable connector on the device side is loose
- Check if the ODBC connector on the vehicle side is loose (Under normal power supply, the blue light flashes once every minute)
What is the best way to install the Car Mount?
- After installation, it is recommended to let it sit for 24 hours before using the device (at least 1 hour).
- After installation, check for air bubbles between the adhesive and the glass, and push them out if any are found.

What should I do if the device cannot access the internet?
- Check if the SIM card is inserted
- Check if the SIM card is inserted in the correct orientation
- Inquire with the telecom provider if there is a need to set a special APN(If special APN needs to be set, use DriveAgent Tool to set APN)
What should I do if I cannot record video?
- Check if the SD card is installed
- Check if the SD card format is FAT32 (it must be in FAT32 format to function properly)
- If everything is normal but still cannot operate, notify the maintenance center to handle or format the SD card (the formatting method is to press the Emergency button for 10 seconds and the SD card will enter the formatting process)
What should I do if ADAS does not provide warnings?
- Check the installation location (refer to the Quick Start Guide for the installation location)
- Check if the left and right driving positions are set correctly
- Check if the installation location is correct
- Check if the machine has been calibrated
- Complete the above steps and restart for calibration
What should I do if DMS does not provide warnings?
